Bring to a boil;
• 600ml of milk
• 2 boxes of condensed milk
• 1 box of cream
• 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it forms a cream, then divide the cream into two parts.
In one part, add 3 tablespoons of 50 percent chocolate powder, mix well until dissolved.
Make the assembly by placing;
• A layer of chocolate cream
• a layer of cornstarch biscuits dipped in milk
• a layer of white cream
• a chopped Bis layer
Continue this process until it is finished.
Finally, make a chocolate ganache by microwaving 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate and a box of cream for 30 seconds, mix well until the chocolate dissolves.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours and then decorate as you prefer.
